Climb Dali is always looking for enthusiastic people to join our team. We are especially interested in experienced guides, but may also be able to accomodiate those looking to be trained as assistant guides, with volunteer options available. As a rock climbing guide, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination, logistics, safety, and enjoyment of Climb Dali customers. As a Climb Dali employee, you will also have the opportunity to assist in the organization and guiding of trips related to climbing, trekking, kayaking, cycling and more. We are also looking for people to help us develop new routes in the cliffs surrounding Dali. If you have experience bolting, we can provide some equipment as well as basic accommodation. If you're an experienced climber and would like to learn how to bolt, we have volunter positions available, where you can exchange your "labor" for a place to sleep.
